Environmental Compliance

 

AET's Corporate Facility Compliance Program begins with an operational inspection.  Trained compliance inspectors conduct an in-depth review of the installation's status with regard to all aspects of RCRA and OSHA environmental and safety regulations and NEPA land use regulations.

 

RCRA and OSHA compliance:

  • Air, water, solid and hazardous waste discharge points.

AET's NEPA Compliance Program Managers and Scientists work along with federal, state, and commercial agencies such as BLM and US Fish and Wildlife, to develop land use and resource management plans.  Endangered Species, Biological Assessments, critical habitat assessments, and cumulative impact are major factors in working with clients to design projects that incorporate impact avoidance and mitigation strategies to meet requirements.
