Richard Wilcut
Project Manager
Rick Wilcut is the Project Manager for AET's contract with the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service at three DRMO facilities in Georgia. He manages concurrently over five task orders each month and performs the profiling, manifesting, logistics, decontamination and demolition, and bulk tanker removals of hazardous waste. Prior to his employment at AET, Rick was the environmental supervisor for Halliburton for operations in Iraq and also was a project manager for Permafix Government Services. He has managed waste management projects including Investigation Derived Waste (IDW), flammable, corrosive, toxic, F, P, and U-listed materials, industrial waste, TSCA waste, batteries and fluorescent lamp recycling. Rick also managed work crews for the decontamination and jetting of a former pesticide mixing area at Ft. Benning and for the confined space entry cleaning of a dozen concrete underground tanks that had not been cleaned since the 1970s.
